How to Request Account Deletion
Choose one of the options
You can request deletion of your account in one of the following ways:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the SkillioNest app.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Email Request
Send a request to support@skillionest.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Upon deletion, we will permanently remove
- Your account credentials.
- Personal information (name, email).
- Trading history and progress.
- Profile settings.
Opt-Out Options
- Push Notifications: disable in app settings or device settings.
- Location Access: revoke permission in device settings.
- Biometric Login: disable in app security settings.
- Marketing Emails: use the unsubscribe link in emails.
